Here he is in all of his glory... my pumpkin guy/Scarecrow. It took me a while but I was finally able to finish him up, smoothing took a while to do but all in all I'm happy with the results.
its hard to see without wireframe, but seems the hands might have some non-manifold geometry. they look a little "rough"..
Also in the front view the hands look pretty flat.. maybe you want to try to give them look a little more interesting in that view.. (like more knuckle shapes?)..
Hardening the normals of the edges at the bottom of the shirt will make those faces look better.
